Problem
Most waste water applications require level pumping out of a pit. Conventional systems are designed in duplex and operate depending on a set of float switches.
Similar to delta pressure switches, they operate in delta level. That means pumps turn on when the level gets high and turn off when the level is pumped down. The result of screaming pumps to
full-speed is increased wear and tear and water-pressure surge.
Solution
Pump Pro offers a constant-level control that will eliminate old switchgear and float switches. Because constant-level controls use a level sensor, pumps can operate
in variable speed in order to maintain a constant level versus delta level.
