Problem
Because a sanitary pump follows the same physics as other centrifugal pumps, it is commonly installed with disregard to the same problems that pumps in the general industry have. The common process is for engineers to install bypass lines and control valves as mechanical fixes to try to balance the pump with the system. This control technique will never allow them to achieve what they want. The result is wasted energy, pressure swings, water hammer, increased pump wear and tear and increased down time.
Solution
Pump Pro will provide a high-quality sanitary pump that eliminates the control valve and bypass line. This allows the pump to operate at a set-point pressure using a constant pressure control. Additionally, every control unit is inherently equipped to operate in either constant-flow, constant-temperature or constant-level mode.
